I like to draw small so the 3x5 is best for me and what little drawing I do as well. can optionally be smoothed as you draw by enabling the Stabilizer feature. Personally I think the 3x5 is best for non-drawing work because it minimizes movement. With the Pencil Tool you can create a hand-drawn look by drawing freehand. I also have my fingers spared because I hit the little rocker switch (right click and double/middle click) with my thumb. If I need to work on something in another portion of the monitor, I generally slide my hand into a better position with my arm, again meaning my wrist moves very little. Since most of the things you work with are more or less in the center of the monitor, my wrist generally only makes slight movements. With the small size I can reach the whole screen without moving my hand very much at all. I am working in 1280x1024 and the accuracy of the tablet is enough that I can make single-pixel moves of the pen if I am being carful. then, select a setting for the pen to perform when you tap the tablet surface with it. Before with the mouse when I was sitting and modeling for a while (or doing anything involving a lot of clicking) my hand/fingers would start to cramp up. I have a 3x5 graphire and I really like it.
